Remember when auto stores used books to look up your part and most of the time they knew the number without looking because of their knowledge well no books just computers with knowledgeable employees and quality parts and the best thing if they don't have a part they will get it in within a hr or two

I was in this location for the first time. I Normally enjoy the visits for random parts, however, this time I was only looking for a 11mm Hex socket listed on their site as Part #: CHT SH3811M and was told it wasn't in stock nor it could be ordered. Employees weren't really eager to help and I was offered no solution. Would not recommend.

I've only been there once. It's a bit on the tiny side. I like the old-school parts shop appeal. I took a neighbor there to pick up parts for his car. Not once did someone ask if it was automatic or manual. Or, where I work, ask what the sub-model is. True professionals.
