Always friendly and helpful. Today, I went in to pick up an online order. Suddenly I was having problems with my power source fuse blowing. I was sitting in my car troubleshooting when Shamar walked out and asked me if I need any help. Although I knew what I was doing , it was nice to have someone so helpful and I let him help me. This is my go to auto part store because everyone is so friendly and helpful

I did not get the young man's name who helped me tremendously. I had to get a jump for my suv to get to Advance Auto Parts so I didn't want to turn my truck off. While in the parking lot, I called to see if the battery was in stock. Then, I asked if he could come outside to look at my truck to verify he could change the battery for me. Without hesitation, he came out and looked at my vehicle. I went inside, paid for the battery and he installed it in 10 minutes. He told me I could stay in the store where it was cool. He was Totally Awesome. Excellent customer service, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.
