Very very rude. And on top of everything did damages to my car after towing it. And they are not responsible because “police called them” to tow it. I noticed 2 weeks after because I have been dealing with a lot and have not had time to get to inspect my vehicle. I went and got a touch less car wash as always and as I walked around it noticed dents and scratches that were not there prior to being towed. But please stay away from these people. Their customer service is awful and their secretary looks like she hates her job. Other than lying about not damaging my car. I will still take matters into this with their insurance because this should not be happening

This company is Trash! If you need a tow choose someone else. Left my window down and lights on. Vehicle full of snow and needed towed to my residence. How hard is it to roll up a window and turn off the lights in a snow storm?
