Took 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.<br>I was told that there was one vehicle ahead of me.<br>It should not take 2.5 hours to change oil and rotate tires.<br>I will not be returning to the establishment for routine maintenance!

Horrible experience<br>Oil light is still on?<br>after almost 3 hours and an increase from $21.50 to $79.95 for a oil change?<br>New ownership?<br>Now I'm told I need to go into my car settings to complete the job they were paid to do.<br>Thank you for the great customer service I will always remember my visit. Well I had bought my vehicle from there and was supposed to get 9.95 oil changes for as long has I own vehicle well that changed because the dealership was sold and they are not honoring the 9.96 oil change that was the main reason for me buying this vehicle. But I can tell you this much my wife was there almost 2 and half hr just for oil change we will not be going back.
