Never been here but the man answering phones is a joke. Was just told by the man in Beaumont who I guess also owns this one as well that they have a few cars of the make and model I need parts off of and when I let him know he just hangs up you recall and he does the same. To the owner please get better workers who actually want to do their jobs and also likes to be there!!

Ok so I'm looking to find some parts for my truck and I search for salvage yards near me and I read the customer reviews because I feel it's important to know if a business is good to their customers and honest. I saw the star rating on this business was a 2.3, that's really bad. So I wanted to see and read what people were saying that was so bad. After reading several of the reviews I can tell you that I wont go there. It's sad that you open a business and don't have the people skills that it takes to make it successful and I can tell you that type of business is set up to fail and it won't last exspially not with the type of reviews the previous and now I might add never again to be your customers are posting.i appreciate all you folks that take the time out to share your experiences, good or bad. It helps people to narrow down their search and prevent wasting your time with companies that don't care about customer service. Thanks to all that posted.
