I had a flat tire on my way to work and was able to make it to Discount Tire before they opened. I scheduled an appointment through their app right at 8 AM, and the process was seamless. Kaden came out to my vehicle right away and immediately had his team take my car into the garage. They had my tire changed quickly and efficiently, and I was out of there in less than an hour. Thanks to their prompt and professional service, I made it to work on time and was able to treat all of my patients as scheduled. I truly appreciate the fast response and excellent customer service!

Only good thing I can say is they were quick. Luckily I pay attention because the name they called when my car was ready was not me, even had all the wrong info on my receipt. (That I needed to get reimbursed from work, now I can’t because it doesn’t match)<br>If they weren’t just straight up ignoring customers they were trying to upsell them and not actually listen to what anyone had to say. I only went there because they were the only place that had my tire in stock, but I won’t be back.

I ordered and prepaid for Goodyear tires that showed “in stock” and scheduled installation for 12/24. On 12/22, the Port Arthur Discount Tire location resold the exact Goodyear tires I already paid for to another customer — and never called me.<br><br>No one informed me, no apology, no transparency. When my husband arrived for service, they simply said the Goodyears “weren’t in stock” and offered Continental tires instead, along with a 30-day return policy.<br><br>This is not about whether Continental tires are “good enough.”<br><br>This is about:<br>• reselling merchandise that was already paid for<br>• failing to notify the customer<br>• making substitutions without meaningful consent<br>• poor leadership oversight and lack of attention to detail<br><br>Trust matters. I should have been contacted, apologized to, and given choices — not surprised at the counter.<br><br>I hope corporate reviews this location’s processes and reinforces basic integrity standards, because this experience damaged my confidence in this store.
