Very poor experiences with NAPA. Ordered a battery online, and it was supposed to be ready for pick up on December 10. it is now December 15, and it still has not arrived. When I called the store, I was immediately put on hold for 20 minutes. I also sent a message to their online customer service. Not only have I not received a reply to my inquiry, I am receiving some kind of error message. The parts may be great; I will never know. The overall management and customer service are poor, so I will not be doing business with them again.

Your hours say you're closing M-F at 8pm online. Drove there from another tiwn, to find out it closes at 7pm. Was already closed. Just fix your data on google, please. Thanks.
