Terrible service! This company has no proper working hours – you never know when they’re open, closed. The staff is rude, acting like they’re doing you a favor, and forget about delivery – they simply don’t offer it! If you don’t want to waste your time and nerves, look for parts elsewhere. 2/21/25 4:30 on photo.

Purchased a side mirror, very nice guy. Couldnt find it any where in ny but here. Fit well and double checked to make sure it fit. Even referred me somewhere to install it. Will definately come back for future needs. Thanks again

This place was OK at first to get parts you know on a first name bases with the employees and owner all until I was accused by an employee for stealing a part then that same employee told me I am not allowed back then when I called to speak to the owner to review the camera for a car which I didn’t even come for or went near that same employee and owner kept gaslighting me all this then I heard that employee was fired for lying Fore-said incident even got an apology call from the owner then I heard that employee was rehired Then the same employee I would speak to on the phone about coming in would tell me to come back Friday I will drive all way back there and then they would turn me back telling me I can’t come in gaslighting again to come back another Friday and another Friday and another Friday then the attitude changed all around the employees then been having smart comments said by employees but today I was told I have to make an appointment I can’t just walk in there anymore which is understandable there rules all of a sudden just for me but all the nasty attitude and disrespect is very unprofessional and very rude when I’m paying good money it’s OK to take my money but don’t want to deal with me unacceptable will not be recommending to anyone or buying from here again. I even referred a lot of my friends to this junkyard they complained about the attitude of the employees but I didn’t receive that attitude from the employees they hadn’t shown their true colors yet of course before the stealing accusation that they just brush under the rug like it's nothing. Will be taking my business back to out-of-town junkyards. 1 out of 5 stars.
