Towing your car on New Year’s Day from a private residential garage where you pay monthly for parking is next-level disgusting and disgraceful.<br>I didn’t even know my car was gone until January 2nd. No warning, no notice. Just gone. I had to walk in freezing weather to their lot to get my own car back.<br>My residential parking permit was inside my car, placed on the center stack below the radio. After explaining everything, the only thing they offered was $25 off, still charging me $276. No empathy. No discretion. No humanity — on a holiday. This doesn’t feel like enforcement. It feels predatory. Avoid this company at all costs.

It's something nice all this, it turns out that they take my car for having a visitor sticker on Sunday, which is true and I'm breaking a rule, but it turns out that there are 5 other cars with the same sticker and some without any and they only take mine, do they know that I'm Hispanic and there is some discrimination in it? They are bad company! They stole my car. I have a PERMIT! They just took my car anyway! They are bad people! They don’t deserve to be best. Their employees are so blind to see my permit! It may “improper” display, i don’t care! My point is my car is REGISTERED, period! It’s orange paper and same as others, orange paper doesn’t appear in many stores! I believe they are target new residents! Owner, you lost my respect! If your employee tow my car again, I will SUE your company! I notify to BBB about this situation! It’s your problem if you getting bad names!
