If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. My vehicle was towed from my apartment building parking lot! I was told by this towing company they placed a notice on my door stating that i had to now have their sticker on my car. I never received this notice nor do they have proof they left me a notice. I wake up to go to work and my car is gone! I call the police thinking it was stolen and was told this company towed my car from my residence where I pay rent. I called this tow company and the lady was very rude to my husband and I she made me an appointment within the hour to pick up my car and the price will be $196 . When I arrived to this place it looked nothing like a business but something off the movie wrong turn! I find someone in a man made booth and she tells me now it’s $266! She states the system automatically added this price! This kind of business is unacceptable and are looking to make a quick penny anyway possible! Once I got my car my front bumper is damaged I filed a report with GEICO and putting my car in the shop today.Deborah was AWESOME and the only person there that was kind

This company towed my car twice in one week. I’m extremely disappointed with my apartment complex for allowing this and with the towing company for being so inconsiderate. When I called, they treated me terribly both times only once did someone treat me like a human being, and that was a lady.<br><br>They charged me for everything they possibly could. The second time, I didn’t even realize my car had been towed until the next day, which made it even worse. In total, I paid $615 in just one week for the two tows.<br><br>I do not recommend living at Viridian Apartments if you don’t want to be towed unjustly for every little thing

PREDATOR TOWING COMPANY!!<br>Would give them a zero if I could. Vehicle was predatorily towed, no signage posted in community it was parked in, no assigned spots, no tow signs posted anywhere in the community, completely illegal. Police report filed, being reported to the county Department of Motor Vehicles and to the State. Luckily, I have the means to sue civilly in court, which I am doing. PREDATOR TOWING COMPANY!
