I had a very bad experience with this shop. I called in advance and asked if they had a brake drum hub for my trailer in stock. They told me they did and that I could come to their shop. When I arrived, nobody was there — I had to wait 4 hours for someone to show up. Then, after they finally arrived, they told me they actually didn’t have the part.<br><br>This was on Saturday. They promised me that on Sunday they would come to my truck stop and replace it. I explained to them many times how important it was not to let me down because my customers were waiting for the load that I had to deliver on Monday. On Sunday, they called again and said they still didn’t have the part. I asked how early they could fix it on Monday, and they promised to have the part by 7:30 AM and that the job would take 2 hours.<br><br>On Monday morning they came to my truck stop, looked at the trailer for a while, and then told me to bring it to their shop. Once I brought it there, they started working for 10 minutes, then disappeared for 2 hours, and repeated this cycle the entire day. Because of this, I was only able to leave at 5 PM.<br><br>Terrible service. They don’t keep their word, they waste people’s time, and they put drivers in very difficult situations. And for all this, I was charged $1,379.38 — a price that no other shop would ever quote for such poor and unprofessional work. If your time and money are valuable, I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

Stay away !!!<br>Scammers,<br>Once you get stuck they will rip you off.<br>I called their mechanic on the road to check the truck that mechanic immediately knew motor is jammed and it will not run but he willing and knowingly spent all day charging battery, changing stater so that he can charge us good amount.<br>After whole day when he ripped of around $4000dollars told us he is going back and will come back tomorrow.<br>Next day he did not come and tell us on the call that it’s motor is jammed and he knew it and will not start.<br>When we asked him why would he do it to us why did he wasted whole day, his boss come up with new idea to rip us off.<br>Told us he can fix it, it’s just bearings<br>Even we warned him many times that we don’t want to waste money if motor is bad.<br>He convinced us that it’s just bearings and let him work on the truck.<br>He kept truck for 3 weeks<br>Charged us another $12000 dollars saying he fixed bearings, told to us pay cash and pay now before even doing any test drive.<br>We paid him, truck ran for 5,6 miles motor went again.<br>Asked him why did he do it<br>We were told we can do whatever we want to do.<br>Notes. We kept asking for estimates before any work many times, never gave us anything.<br>We asked many times that if they are not sure don’t do anything we cannot waste money on bad motor.<br>Ever time we were told, NO i know what i am doing it is just bearings.<br><br>We believe they knew from the begging that the motor is bad, they trapped us and kept ripping us off.
