I put one star because you came out to diagnose my daughter car just to get the money. You deserve zero stars because you never hooked anything up to the car to diagnose it. The battery was dead and you say that you charged it. Once you left it was still dead so my daughter took it to advance to get a charged. The whole time you were complaining about the car asking my daughter do she love this car because it a piece of junk in so many words. My money was taken because you never diagnose it and you turned around and said its so much going on with this car I can't fix it. Sir that is not an diagnose. When I did get an mobile mechanic to come out. They said something wrong because he hooked the machine up to the car and now we can't get an reading on the car. So you did something to her car that she can't get a reading. Sir you took the money and didn't do anything and had the nerves to complain about not fixing the car because it got to much going on with it. Never call this man he's a joke

Frank came out right away on a Saturday. He diagnosed the issue and went straight to work. Bad brake pads and seized up calipers were replaced on the spot and in only about an hour. Great job, Frank!
