EZ towing is outstanding. Scott is amazing and very friendly to talk to over the phone . My daughter needed her car pick up from another towing company back to her apartment on a Sunday. I had talk to Scott I give him the address he says the driver will be there in less than 30 minutes on a Sunday I paid over the phone right away because the price was very reasonable for Greensboro. I called my daughter back in 15 minutes she said the driver was already at the place waiting on her . That was a HUGE WOW!!!! My daughter said the driver was excellent, friendly and respectful to her properly. Don’t know the driver name but Thank you. I would 100% recommend EZ towing. “Top Tier” for the extra fast service.

Worst towing company in Greensboro!! I wish I could rate ZERO STARS. The owner lied to me about what they are able to fix. I needed my rear quarter panel bent back into place and the owner told me they are able to do that. Come time to pick up my car no bodywork was done. On top of being mislead about what will be fixed they also dropped my car and ruined my exhaust muffler, and they refuse to take responsibility. The owner lied to me and said it was from my wheel coming off, which is simply not true the only part that was ruined was right where it fell onto the dolly when my car fell off. What kind of business ruins your car and won’t accept responsibility. Not only did they ruin my muffler, they also didn’t fix or replace it so now I have to pay for their mistake and bring it somewhere else to get fixed. They also said they called me telling me to pick up my car but I never received one phone call from them and when I went to pick up my car they didn’t even have my phone number. When I came to pick up my car I called ahead like they said and got a Lyft to the business, I arrived at 9:30am and only the mechanic was there, even after they stated they open at 9am. I had to wait 3:30 hours for someone to arrive, it was noon when someone finally showed up that would let me get my car. Who I spoke with the day of picking up my car had no idea what had been done to it and had no idea how much I owed them even when I knew the price. He also didn’t know my phone number and told me he called 13 numbers back tracking phone calls to reach me. So clearly they never had my phone number in the first place even when I gave it to them the day I got towed. This has been the worst tow experience and mechanic shop experience I have ever had. I was mislead and lied to and taken advantage of. If I ever need a tow I will not be calling this place. The owner is untrustworthy and runs a horrible business.

Danny is THE man. He arrived to where I was at in such a quickness, almost no wait time compared to other companies out here. Was very professional and quick with getting my car out of the situation I was in. Dropped it off at my shop with no issues whatsoever. Just watching him hook up to the car with ease was jaw dropping, any other company I’ve used was always some type of issue. But no Danny showed me that these other drivers just don’t know what they doing. It was almost as if he does nothing live, breath, and eat towing. Ez towing & recovery can get my business any day of the week at any time of the day as long as I can get Danny to be my tow man, or a driver that’s at least as professional, knowledgeable, and fast as Danny is
