Rough first impression.<br><br>I called Lattuca's a few days ago to inquire about getting my mom's car getting towed from a local dealer to a repair center near her home.<br><br>When I called Lattuca's the sense of good and decent customer service faded immediately. You're not greeted with a "hello", "how are you?", or even the NAME of the company you're calling - as one might expect. Instead you'll get an abrupt 'Where's the pick up?'<br><br>Never really needing towing services before and calling to simply get a quote for the move, I was thrown off by the bluntness. I had to clarify with the woman who answered that I was in fact calling a Lattuca's towing and prompted asked if I could get a quote.<br><br>Her response was rough and her attitude felt annoyed as if I was asking her something I should have already known - "We don't do quotes, we charge $95 for the hook up fee and $5 per 'loaded' mile."<br><br>OK; I guess I received my answer, but even if you were the cheapest (which she wasn't) the lack of customer service allowed me to build an impression of what type of service I should expect.

After getting ghosted by AAA Central Penn Roadside, I called Lattuca's and they came right out to get me towed to a shop. Great price for towing a heavy box truck and prompt.
