Was told that the brakes and rotors were so rusted that they were flaking apart and needed replaced asap. We said we’d do the work ourselves and bring it back for reinspection. Was told we would have to pay to have it reinspected. My husband went out and bought new brakes and rotors but when he went to replace them, he discovered that the current brakes and rotors were in excellent shape and didn’t need replaced.We took my car to a different inspection garage for an inspection without mentioning the report from Shively. My vehicle passed without any mention of the brakes and rotors. There was nothing wrong with them.Will never give Shively my business ever again. This isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had with them. But it will most definitely be the last.

Terrible service, I called for a steering knuckle for a vehicle of mine. I was told I'd have to wait till Thursday. It's held on by 6 bolts and your talking Thursday. I can pull one at a u pull it in 20 Mins or less.
