I had a positive experience with Taylor Truck & Auto Repair & Towing on February 12, 2026. A dispatcher answered the phone when I called at 9:46 pm. I was given a quote and an estimated time the tow truck driver would arrive. The driver called me at 10:06 pm with an ETA update, which I appreciated. My Kia Soul was towed from a residence in Independence, KY to Friendly 1 Auto Repair in Walton, KY. The driver texted me a photo showing where he left my key, making it easy for the shop to locate it the next morning. Both the dispatcher and driver were professional and helpful. I recommend Taylor Truck & Auto Repair & Towing your towing needs.

Do not use Tayler Towing. I have AAA, AAA partners with Tayler Towing. I called to set up a pick up of my vehicle. With AAA, Tayler was the tow company. Tayler canceled the order before even seeing the vehicle. It has cost me Two hours so far I'm assuming it'll be more.

Interesting how your company tries to defend itself here, but when I attempted to reply directly to your comment earlier, it was impossible — almost like it was blocked or hidden. That already shows a lack of transparency. Let’s be clear: you are only replying because this is a public Google review where people can see it. The truth is, you don’t care about people at all. Even if you were “just doing your job,” your staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from start to finish. While I was there in person, your driver not only demanded $600 in cash just to drop the truck — which is unbelievably selfish and predatory — but also started cursing at me. That alone shows the type of company you are running. So whether you want to call me a customer or not, the reality is this: dealing with your company was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. This review is here to warn others — if you value honesty, respect, and professionalism, stay far away from this place at all costs.
