SCAM ALERT. They left a tow notice on my car in my apartment complex supposedly on the 22 of Dec which is BS, I check on my car daily that’s parked in my paid for spot in front of my rented garage. There was no sticker on the car yesterday or the day before. They said they would tow it by Dec 26.<br>Merry Christmas to me I guess… Had to spend a few hours away from my family on Christmas Eve to deal with this shit…. what a POS company trying to scam people especially during the holidays.

They towed my car even though I had a parking pass. I caught the driver as he was leaving with my car and told him the parking pass was in my car and he said to give him 50 dollars and I could get my car back. After I gave him the money and he drove off with my car anyways. He looked Arab and had a long beard. I suspect he pocketed the money and still made me pay another $184 dollars to get my car back once I went to pick it up. This company needs to ensure their workers aren’t exploiting people and pocketing money.

My vehicle was towed to this facility. After paying the balance and retrieving my car, I immediately noticed that my front bumper was damaged, damage that was not present before the tow.<br><br>I reported the damage to staff on site. Tow yard personnel acknowledged that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in their care, but when I requested intake photos or video documentation, I was told none could be provided. I connected with the police<br><br>This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. A towing company has a responsibility to protect vehicles while they are in its custody, and that responsibility was not met in my case.
