Came in late at night to get some issues fixed on my tractor and had a really good experience. Everyone was friendly, quick, and helpful. Michele, the service manager, was super sweet and easy to talk to, which made the whole situation way less stressful. Curt, the diesel mechanic, got my truck in right away and fixed it fast. They also have a nice upstairs lounge with places to sit and a TV while you wait. And I have to say, the restroom was very clean. Overall, I loved the vibe and the service and would definitely come back.

In my experience as a truck driver, this is the best truck shop in the Twin Cities that I've ever been to. I always struggled with repairs at other shops; they took too long and weren't what I expected. Then I found Universal, and I discovered what I'd always been looking for. The staff is very friendly and honest about how long the repair will take. Michele has been a huge help; she's always very kind and will answer up to 100 questions if necessary. I was very satisfied with the service they did on my truck. I promise I'll be back as many times as needed.
