Belongings missing from vehicle. And the people behind the glass act like they dont know anything. The people who drive towtrucks in the yard are helpful. But the people working there behind the glass are not proper. Only reason I am here is because my car tire fell off and caused damage to my car. Couldn't get it towed anywhere else and needed it off the middle of the road. The police had a tow truck take it here. Really hope it wasn't a set up. Avoid this place if possible.

Please do not use this company. They will charge you $1200 cash after the fact to tow your car from downtown to their shop. I did not have towing insurance or full coverage. They refused to drop my vehicle off at my preferred location after I found out they wanted $1200 for them to release my car to me 2 hours after the accident. It was very upset after finding out it would cost $1200 to tow my car less than 10 miles. Please do not make the same mistake I made. Zero stars. Ask for the cost before letting them touch your car!

These people stole & damaged my vehicle. My car was registered on there tow lot the same day it was missing. Didn’t get notified until few months later of my vehicle where a-bouts. I try to get it they tried to charge me ridiculous money when it was ultimately their fault. I then receive a speeding ticket in the mail, adding evidence of the tow personal driving my vehicle while in there care at the tow lot. Because the time of the ticket I didn’t have my vehicle because obviously it was stolen. Lawsuit on it waaaay
