They put a new motor in my 2006 Toyota Camry, they weren't the fastest place but they offered a great price and they were always available to answer questions and then when the motor started leaking from the rear main seal even though it was past the 90 days they still took care of it and didn't charge me anything, I've read the other reviews and nobody's perfect but they honored every deal we made even verbally and never gave me a hard time , that's rare.

They advertise engine repair, but this was the worst experience ever. Hector originally told me it would take two weeks to replace my engine — instead, it dragged on for months, filled with excuses and poor communication. The service quality was disappointing and the whole process was frustrating.<br><br>Yes, their prices are cheaper, but you truly get what you pay for. Spend the extra money and take your vehicle somewhere reliable.

My reviews are honest and goes back over 9 years and also have over 40,000 or more views. When I tell you this shop is crooked... believe that. We came in for an alternator for our van. We know we should buy new but after buy a used one before and paying for labor..... it wasn't an option. I also pay for my chemo medication so im strapped for cash. We got the alternator and went and had it not only tested by O'Reilly, Autozone, and Advance Auto parts.... we also have 2 mechanics we have known for 10 years. Long time friends. They have no reason to lie. The alternator was bad and failed 4x. my reviews are here to save those that are in similarly situations avoid spending money on these parts when the merchants don't care. They just want your money. They don't care about it being 100 degrees and it being summer time. Not even do they care about your conditions, being sick, having kids or on the verge of homelessness. They just don't care. Please please please talk to a professional when or if you buy any parts from these used parts places. God bless you all. Im sorry that some of the comments I've read was about misleading from this merchant. They will cut you off mid sentence and disrespect you to sell you a broken part or something that won't work. My reviews are verified by other reviewers and I have nothing to gain from this but to see the good people that work hard be able to purchase without worry.<br><br>I was able to get a refund but I advise you all to be aware.
