Was stranded on a dirt road round about Crown King, car stuck over a rock due to low ground clearance. Came out all the way from north Phoenix to get my car unstuck, towed, and gave me a drive back into town. They were able to get my car out of an extremely tricky spot where additional damage could've very well been inflicted by a less skilled two truck driver. But thankfully? No additional damage to the car, either! Highly recommended.

I popped my tire on SR-89 on my way to Prescott and had called roadside assistance to come and tow me. Nathan from Congress Towing saw me on the side of the road and offered to tow me back to Surprise, AZ if the tow I had requested never showed up. 2.5 hours later it was getting dark and a storm was brewing so I called Nathan back and within 15 mins he had picked me up and towed me back home. Extremely professional, took great car not to damage the car, and has all of the necessary tools for all types of vehicles (such as ramps for lowered cars like my M3). I'll be sure to keep his number on hand if I am ever in need of a tow again. Thanks you Nathan!
