What I thought was a simple checkup turned into major repairs (failed motor mounts and related damage). As a small business owner traveling all across the city with multiple stops each day, having a safe and reliable vehicle is essential. My car has been routinely inspected before big road trips and for general maintenance since I’ve owned it, yet another shop failed to recognize or address issues that should have been noticeable with proper inspections. Accurate Auto Care was incredibly thorough: providing photos and videos, clearly explaining immediate vs. future repairs, and ensuring not only the root cause but all damaged components were properly fixed so I can travel safely for work. They even provided a loaner car during the repairs, and when a part failed after pickup, they got me right back in and resolved it immediately with no hassle. To top it off, I received a handwritten thank-you note a few days later. Communication, integrity, and attention to detail like that is rare. Highly recommend.

Great service. We broke down on I 40 and AAA towed us to Accurate Auto. Thanks to Jason, he got us into the shop right away and got us back on the road before closing so we could get to our grandson's wedding. Good diesel technicians diagnosed a broken fuel line and had the new part installed in no time. I reccomend Accurate as they really care for their customers needs. Specially in an emergency.
