We were stranded 25 miles from Kingman. We had been there since 3 am on a Saturday. I called him and he returned my called same day. He was the only mechanic that was able to help us. He usually doesn't open on saturdays. He understood the bind we were in. He said he will do the best to get us back on the road. He was able to get us the part we need. The fuel pump, and he tried to get us the best price. Thank you for calling us back and getting us back on the road same day. Many shops in the are were closed or weren't available until Tuesday. Such a great experience. We met Jeff, the store manager, who is extremely knowledgeable about accessories for our side by side. He did not try and just sell accessory items to us, but instead, really listened to us and made great suggestions. Definitely will be back to buy whatever it is that we decide is right for us in the future.

I had a relatively small amount of junk I needed removed from my property. I contacted Junk Out Services and spoke with Dana. I sent her a photo of the items to be removed and she estimated a price of $160. She scheduled a pick up within the week of my call. On pick up day Wes arrived and told me it would be $125 as the amount of junk was not as much as the photos seemed to show.At all times, Dana and Wes were very polite, friendly, professional. Dana did a great job of communicating and coordinating the pick up. Wes was thorough and did a great job collecting everything then cleaning up after the job was completed.They are fantastic from start to finish and I give them my highest recommendation.

Today I experienced that dreaded thing of trying to purchase a car without the best of credit. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted with smiles a handshake and a feeling like they were rolling out the red carpet for little old me. The experience was phenomenal. I have looked a long time to find someone who could work on my hybrid. Holden’s is the place! The staff is friendly and efficient. When you drop off your car, they give you a ride to where you need to go!! They offer coupons and discounts!! There is even cold water and coffee for customers! Was greeted when I first walked in by the cashier. Four guys working the counter. Didn't have to wait long before it was my turn. Guy was friendly. Said he could get the parts by tomorrow that they didn't have in stock. Will go back as needed.

A&G Towing did an outstanding almost impossible job when our trailer flipped on its side on Hwy 95 North just 15 miles out of Searchlight, NV. The ball hitch was totally bent, along with sway bars but Christian and Jack were able to get the Jeep free. Then they flipped the trailer right side up. They were conscientious, polite, respectful, hardworking, the best. Christian towed the trailer to Boulder City and helped get it as level as possible. Car would not start. Jump started it. Went to the Auti,one in Bullhead City. Diagnosed as bad battery. Left no more than 30 minutes later with a new battery - installed. Counter staff and installer were most professional, knowledgeable and courteous. An excellent experience!

I love online reservations and their system works perfectly, with texts and reminders. First visit and my Service Advisor Dave was so efficient and courteous, and did not rush explanations.They shuttled me to shopping and I also used their very comfortable and well stocked customer lounge. Very happy to find this place. Very well trained, professional and friendly staff. Had battery problems and Clay was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, above the norm. Subsequently went back for car parts and continued to get above normal service. As a senior woman, two factors that play against my favor, I felt respected and valued.
