Horrific customer service ! From more then just 1 employees which tells me that something is off with training with your hiring process something is off ,extremely disappointed. Seeing the reviews here already posted I can see that I'm not wrong . Others feel the same way. I was also told a certain stipulation regarding payments that is not documented on paper any where and your representative also couldn't defend her argument she just told me no I'm wrong no help nothing. Another thing your internet site is not working properly STILL. It is not update if you make a payment it doesn't reflect for who knows how long. Your system has not been working correctly for over a year maybe 2, no excuse there to have your resources for your customers properly functioning. FIX IT! This caused for the trash man to not pick up my trash at one point. And there answer was ohhh you should call in instead of me conveniently paying online.No fix your system. This company is huge for your payment system to not be working how it should.

Awful customer service. If I could choose another company I would, the phone representatives are so rude and unprofessional. I have had one positive experience o er the last few years but all the others are awful, especially Raquel. They make you feel like you're a lair and then hang up when they can't help you! Just awful.
