Waste Management has always worked with me, especially being a Sr. Citizen. They in fact told me about a Sr. Citizen discount that I wasn't aware of!! They have replaced my container (Black) when I reported it was missing/stolen without question for free. The gentlemen at the other end of the phone line are always very very respectful. I applaud their service and their commitment to customers.

I’ve had an excellent experience with WM and wanted to share how reliable and professional their service has been. From the very beginning, setting up my account was quick and straightforward, and their customer support team has always been courteous and helpful whenever I’ve had a question. The drivers are consistent with pickup times, and even during holidays or bad weather, they do their best to stay on schedule, which I really appreciate.

It takes a lot for me to get mad… Earlier this year WM rerouted their drivers and missed recycling 3 weeks, then 2 weeks it was fine, then again for 3 weeks. I was calm, the staff in customer service have nothing to do with the problem, until it wasn’t fixed after the 12th call. Then I asked for managers, route managers, in the end, the route manager gave me his work cell . He could see all the calls I calmly made and said I could call him personally if it ever happened again. Here we go again. 2 weeks no pickup, kept promising “ by end of day” day after day. I even talked to a manger twice. Even send texts and calls to the managers cell, nothing. How can a company this big be so inept? Waste management - TRAIN your people so that your customers receive the services they pay for. Anything less is not ok.
