Cecil at Cloverdale Tow is famous! He got my truck with 12' trailer attached off of a mudslide hill. No one else could do it. He brilliantly decided a system of enchanted that delicately pulled my truck and trailer between giant trees and a steep slick hill deep with mud. My truck and trailer are totally unscathed and I was able to drive away within an hour from what AAA thought was an impossible situation! Also Cecil was funny and cheerful the entire time and made the whole experience so much better. A+++!

Called AAA because My truck broke down in Cloverdal and need to be towed to Lucerne. Super friendly loved there customer service. Had me updated. I wish I can give the 10 stars.

AAA roadside assistance from Healdsburg — can’t say enough good things about the tow driver, Roberto, who was thoughtful, courteous, a careful driver & helpful in maneuvering my converted van into exactly the right spot when we arrived at our destination. It’s rare that I receive such a high level of service from an AAA callout (more due to extremely poor updates from the current automated system that AAA uses), so I wanted to write a positive shout-out this time.
