Furthermore, the owner has reportedly responded to customer concerns with dismissiveness and hostility. Even claiming to withhold vehicles due to threat of lawsuit. Pursuant to the Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS), particularly Chapters 376 and 189, towing companies operating within the Commonwealth are required to adhere to established regulatory standards. It appears, however, that the company in question is not in compliance with these statutory obligations. Regrettably, due to the apparent influence of local political dynamics, there is reason to believe that this company maintains an improper affiliation with local law enforcement agencies.

Outrageous rates! Got towed at 2am Sunday when it wasn't necessary. Couldn't get my car until Monday. Was only towed less than 1/2 a mile and cost me $250. Service was rude and very unprofessional! Do not recommend this towing service to anyone.

Some of the rudest and most unfriendly people I’d ever encountered in a professional environment. They never answer their phone and don’t even have a voice mail set up, and come to find out from the smart Alec owner, the number the sheriffs office and Google have on file is their REPAIR SHOP in Mount Washington. They make you jump through hoops and hurdles just to retrieve your vehicle. It’s a bogus scheme to get your money and they could care less about common courtesy and professionalism. If you are towed by these people, best of luck to you.
