Watsons Auto Repair takes pride in fixing the most difficult electrical problems. They take pride in their work with the utmost integrity, work ethics, and value offered to their customers. I have challenged them with some extremely difficult work and they have performed greatly to my satisfaction. It can be difficult to find a shop that you can trust and I’m very particular to the degree of workmanship that I expect. I work on Aircraft for a living and preventive maintenance is important. Rest assured that Watson’s will keep safety in mind with your vehicle and in the most affordable way possible. Their warranty work is very reliable these days as many parts aren’t made as good as they use to. Unfortunately, many parts are made in China that are not very trustworthy. Watsons will get you the best parts available or maybe even allow you to bring in your own parts. Well done Watson’s, I will continue to keep you in business. Thank you!!!

I am well aware that it needed to be towed to your shop but pardon me for assuming that you would have the same guy that towed my suv there would tow my truck! I was willing to pay for for it plus the repairs YOU DONT NEED TO SHOUT AT ME OR USE CAPS, IM NOT STUPID. I BELIEVED IN YOU! They were really good about fixing my suv but when it came time to fix my Ford F350, they kept giving me the run around! The girl that answers the phone is not reliable because she said she would talk to Darryl and call me back but she never does. I called and called her back to no avail! I finally walked over to the shop and talked to Darryl but only to get the run around again. I trusted him so much! The girl there thinks she is too cute to do her job. I finally gave up and had my truck towed to Virgilios in Shelbyville and they have already communicated with me to let me know what is going on! I will no longer use Watson's Auto Repair in Taylorsville Ky
