I'm pretty unhappy. After checking your website to see when you were open Wednesdays (4:00-7:00), I loaded my car with 10 bags of leaves and headed to yard waste at 5:30. It was closed. There was a piece of tape covering the posted times that indicated it was closed at 5:00 on Wednesday. I get that sometimes schedules change. The new times should have been updated on the website, especially since there's already limited access this time of year. Had I known of the schedule change, I could have gotten there within the new time slot. As we were leaving, we saw 3 more cars discover the closure. I appreciate this service, but it HAS to be available during the posted times.
