I just want to thank Past & Present Towing for being extremely patient with me while I tried to figure out my car situation. The level of professionalism was outstanding; it was not just the personnel who picked up the phone, but also the two gentleman at Priority Towing that came to pick up my car! When I first called Past & Present, I was a little emotional because car troubles can be costly and annoying. The lady who picked up didn’t make fun of me, she continued to educate me on how this company could help me, the prices per miles and how my info is on the system if I was absolutely ready to utilize the Tow. During towing: My car was treated as if it was their own and though they saw the worry on my face, they reassured me that they’re going to take good care of her.
