The staff is very helpful and they have a wide range of options to make sure that you are getting the best battery, they even offer seconds which is easier on the wallet! Highly recommend a visit to the factory store if you are in the area and need a battery!

I have been getting my motorcycle and car batteries from this establishment for years. Today I stalled my manual car and a gentleman named Taron stopped and gave me a jump because the battery was to dead to "pop" I immediately went to Tristate because the battery was just purchased from there earlier this year. Gary very patiently came outside, checked my alt., It was good, tested battery.. no good, he grabbed new battery and installed it. He then told me to meet him at counter for price. Gary blessed me and I dont have the words to explain what his blessing meant to me. He was just being a good human while delivering amazing customer service. I asked for his name as I did Taron to put them on my prayer list. But I will also be paying their blessings forward. It was refreshing to see today that there are still good people in this world. Thank you Jesus!!!!
