Gerald and his team rescued my wife and I from the peak of the Delaware Memorial Bridge. They were kind, thoughtful, communicated well as we worked out our situation. Most tow companies have very sporadic and strict hours of operation but when we needed assistance, we were always able to reach someone. Highly recommend and grateful they work that location!

My car was in an accident on a Friday I called Friday evening as well as Saturday and was not allowed to pick up my vehicle or remove my items. I went back on Monday and was charged $650 to pick my car up I also couldn't leave it there or it would incur more charges. I'm told that only $50 of that is the daily charge there was a fee for them taping my Windows shut because they were left open when I left the scene of the accident in the ambulance. The gentleman that helped me to move my car and retrieve my things is the bright star on the lot he was poliTe although he knew I was being robbed, literally. It's unfortunate that when you're in an accident this way you don't have a choice of who will come and get your vehicle so it's taken to places like this will take advantage of people who won't have that kind of money laying around. I'm grateful that I had the money and was able to retrieve my car before the bill became so large that I had no choice but to sell them my vehicle for nothing. The crazy part is they only take cash and I couldn't figure that out until I realized that they were actually clients of my girlfriends who oh her still $200 for a wedding dress they never finished purchasing. So I understand why they only take cash it's obvious that they believe everyone is like that. Before I left she gave me a $50 discount off of the $650 ticket from Friday to Monday only because they were not open on Saturday and Sunday for me to retrieve my items even with a person there. This has only assured me that I will not be using or suggesting this place to anyone and I would rather drag someone's car home for them that allow these folks to tow them and Rob them at the same time

It was bad and worse experience from this organization. A complete rip off from individual ls who came to pick there cars. Having cars here bw Friday and Monday mourning and paying over $525 to pick it up. This is sad. You pay yard and admin fee different from storage fee. ? sad
