So I have been loyal to Brian's Auto for a couple of years now, but I've never needed anything aside from oil changes and replacing a burnt out headlight bulb. Today, however, I feel I should write a public review. Due to the ice and snow, there has been damage to the wheel well of my car, but apparently this came to a head this morning. The wheel well audibly ripped and began flapping against my tire. Obviously not a safe situation to drive in. I called and asked if there was any possibility of being seen that day and, luckily, they agreed to see me. After bringing it in, I had a very honest conversation where I was told it was fixable and that they would handle it. So, despite this essentially being a walk in, I'm actually receiving service. I'm very grateful. Even better, despite having other cars they're working with, they manage to fix me up fairly quickly. I'm only waiting about an hour before it's finished. The absolute cherry on top is that the price was more than fair. At every other auto shop I've gone too I either feel like I'm being dismissed or just plain ripped off. The guys at Brian's have shown me nothing but honesty and hard work. I am very grateful to be able to say that they are "my" mechanic. I plan on remaining a loyal customer. Thank you as always, guys!

Great shop fixed a hesitation problem on my 2012 f150 that many others failed to fix. Truck runs like new. Will definitely be back!

I hate to give such a low rating to a small business but I had my thermostat and housing replaced here less then 3 weeks ago and the plug on the thermostat housing wasn’t connected causing massive coolant leak shooting out of opening car broke down in Middletown Delaware as well as the bolts on my water pump were not screwed down correctly causing the coolant to melt my crankshaft sensor. Had to take to another mechanic which cost me 834 on top of the 780 I paid to these guys. Maybe my experience was a one off. Seen lots of other good reviews but man guys this situation was extremely disappointing and could have been easily avoided if the time was taken to ensure all the new parts were installed correctly
