I recently traveled to Millsboro from Boston to help my 77 year old mom get her car fixed - it was leaking engine oil from her last oil change at another shop. Saw the glowing reviews for Long Neck Auto online and was happy to see they were less than 3 miles away from my mom. In addition to having them fix my mom's car, I also ended up dropping off my vehicle with them since my "maintenance required" light had turned on while driving down from Boston. They worked on both vehicles with no issues and at very reasonable prices. I appreciated the fact that they didn't attempt to instill fear in the customers (like many other auto shops) to get you to approve more work than needed. I am happy to report that all the very positive reviews for Long Neck Auto are accurate! In our experience, they went above and beyond what any auto shop would be expected to do for its customers! For instance, while attempting to drop off my vehicle to be serviced, I made a wrong turn and got myself and my vehicle stuck in mud. The crew at Long Neck Auto kindly and promptly pulled my vehicle out of the mud. Additionally, after I had left to go back to Boston, my mom, looking for assistance to get a large sectional delivered to her condo, reached out to Victor to see if he might have a large truck that she could use/rent to get the sectional delivered from a store on Coastal Highway. He got a crew together to help her get the sectional picked up and delivered to her condo; and on top of that refused payment when she offered! She was so extremely thankful! You don't find many people like Victor these days. Victor and the employees at Long Neck Auto are all very kind, friendly, helpful and honest human beings. They have restored our hope and faith in humanity! Thank you Long Neck Auto!! My mom will be referring all her neighbors to Long Neck Auto and I will definitely be back to service my vehicle with them when I'm back in town!

This was my first experience with Victor at Longneck Auto. I read good reviews and took a chance. I had an evap issue with my 2000 Jeep. I was so impressed with their service, pricing, knowledge and honesty. You don’t find all these qualities anymore these days. I highly recommend Victor and Longneck Auto and am happy to find my new go to place for my auto needs! Thanks Victor!!!
