If your a corporation looking for a reliable Towe company DO NOT hire national auto movers. You will set up a contract for them to come and view your area for cars that are not supposed to be on the premises and national auto movers is not the company that can provide you reliable service, they’ll probably take the contract but not deliver. They work for my apartment complex I rarely see them every weekend there are unauthorized cars in our parking lot taking up our parking spaces and national auto movers are nowhere to be found. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t do their jobs. Corporations it would be in your best interest to look another way. I have never in my life lived at a place in the tow truck drivers were not doing their jobs it’s the easiest way to make money but national auto movers. They hate making money. I am going to be contacting our corporate office so that we can be done with national auto movers and move forward with a company that’s reliable.

Having your vehicle impounded is the worst experience, that said I'm pleasantly surprised by my overall experience with retrieving my car. Due to my forgetfulness I my car was impounded for non payment at a local garage and subsequently towed by National Auto Movers and they had it about two days before I came back in town to get my car, they were quick to answer and verify they had the car and explained the costs to get the vehicle out. Upon arrival I was greeted in by two associates who directed me to where I could get my car and was reunited within minutes. I checked my car and saw that it was in the same condition it was when I left it and it was kept in a secure location and I was grateful of that. Lesson learned, double check your parking account and information before an extended leave.

I’m leaving a review because I gave my word to one of the guys at the company (Shawn) that I would give some solid feedback. I’ll be honest I was disappointed my car was towed at the 2 hour parking lot on Justinson St next to the Del Pez for abandonment. This happened right after I left Del-Pez@ 12am. I got there a little after 10pm and noticed the 2 hour parking so I parked. I’ll be honest I did get caught up having a convo with the bartender and one of the ladies at the bar so I did get out a little after 12am which would’ve have taken me over the 2 hr limit. So I took that on the chin. What disappointed me was when I attempted to get my car back and I tried calling the numbers listed. No answers, no texts back, nothing. Then after showing up at the business hours listed 8am to 6pm no one present, no one answering, or responding to iPhone messages. Y’all know how it feel when y’all see that blue and no response. Finally around 9am that next day I get and answer only to find out I can only retrieve my car at 10am for $250 bucks. The experience overall was kinda frustrating, but after talking to Shawn we came to an understanding. I felt like he was a solid brother, and I was honest with him about strongly suggesting they be transparent about the business hours. It can be really traumatic coming out from a restaurant only to find your car ghosted? then coming to retrieve it at the business hours listed and no one is there. So there it is. I’d give them some grace as they are new but get those business hours fixed bros and try and find some ways to be more transparent with the communication.
