We do not recommend working with them as a client or a vendor. We have had the unfortunate nature of being on both ends. As they were a client of ours for print related services, we like to support our clients in return by using their services when needed. As a vendor, they have unpaid invoices with us and have constantly given us the runaround for months on end and provided them plenty of benefit of doubt to pay their invoices as we had worked together for some time, but ignoring and making excuses to pay for services that were completed and delivered directly to their office is unacceptable, especially as we are a small family business ourselves. As a client, we had a vehicle that was illegally parked in front of our business garage door, and we needed it moved to get a client vehicle out. We contacted their office, requesting tow service, (mind you, they still had the open invoices at this time and we reminded them of this when we submitted this tow request). We waited for two hours and no one showed up. I contacted the office and requested an update, the rep said someone should have been to us over an hour ago. She said she would contact the driver to get someone there in about 30 minutes. We waited, and again, over another hour later no one showed up. I contacted their office again, and kindly asked for another update and that we needed to get a vehicle out of our garage and the illegally parked vehicle was holding up our business flow, and once again, it took a fourth call to get an update after waiting another hour for someone to show up. In between the calls, I contacted another company to pick the vehicle up, and they said they would arrive within 15 minutes. As I was getting ready to make my last call to Pink Hooker's to cancel the tow with them they finally showed up to move the vehicle, after waiting over half a day for them, delaying our business because we couldn't get vehicles in and out of our garage. Just after their driver left, the other tow company had arrived, and as suggested, they actually made it within 15 minutes. I do not recommend working with Pink Hooker's Towing to any capacity. I have since reported them to Attorney Generals' office for negligent business practices on both ends.

Beware. Worst experience ever. My stepmom was taken by ambulance to the hospital while visiting a friend in North Wilmington after suddenly having trouble breathing. Her car was parked in a visitor spot at Colony North Apartments. Within ONE hour, the car was towed. Because my stepmom was hospitalized, we didn’t even know the car had been towed until days later. We finally located the vehicle at Pink Hookers Towing and we were still charged $200 even after explaining the circumstances of our situation. We waited nearly 45 minutes for someone to retrieve the vehicle. We were then told the car wouldn’t start and were pressured into believing the starter was bad — conveniently offering to replace it for an additional cost. This was suspicious considering the back door had been left open for days, likely draining the battery. They refused to try jumper cables (only used a jump box) and claimed it wouldn’t work. When my dad arrived and connected jumper cables himself, the car started immediately. Very poor customer service and apparently not well educated in mechanics.

They are violating the Consumer Protection Act, Title 6, 2503H, which came into effect in 2025. Their excessive and unfair rates are illegal and abusive practices against consumers. They provide very poor customer service; they towed my car, and when I went to pay the same day, they wanted to charge me $350. I see there are several complaints against this unfair business. Let's file a joint lawsuit for damages, losses, and exploitation. These businesses shouldn't exist. They just want you to pay them in cash, don't they pay taxes or what??
