As a newbie to the State of Delaware. This was my second experience with Fred Drake Automotive ... After research to find a mechanic to service my two cars I was happy to give Fred Drake an opportunity for my services. I am pleased, I will be back from the start of my on line appointment i was called promptly to accommodate another appointment date due to the mechanic being out sick for my original scheduled day. My wife's car suffered a bump with recent ice storm that caused damage to the oil pan. The damage was significant enough that the vehicle only made it to the house and had to be towed. Fred Drake Automotive was able to tow the vehicle within one business day and make timely repairs so that we had the vehicle back and running within 3 total business days. We were very happy with the customer service and timely repairs. Cost to complete job was reasonable. We were very happy with our experience.
