I am posting this to document my experience and to hopefully help improve communication. Since December I have attempted to obtain information related to a vehicle that is no longer in my possession. I first sent an email and received no response. I also made several phone calls without success. Yesterday I left my first voicemail. I later spoke with a gentleman who was respectful and helpful. I explained that I was requesting information based on guidance I received from the State regarding documentation connected to the vehicle. Today I received a follow-up call from an individual who identified himself as “Stan.” During the call he spoke loudly, repeatedly interrupted me, and did not allow me to fully explain the situation. I requested his name and position in order to follow up appropriately. He stated his name was Stan and, when I asked his role, he responded “water man” and disconnected the call while I was still speaking. I am not making accusations; I am only documenting the interaction. I would simply recommend improved customer service communication and a clear process for customers requesting records or assistance. If management is willing to review the call, I would appreciate a professional follow-up so the matter can be resolved appropriately.
