Crestwood Auto, judge ruled them GUILTY. Lied, they never ever replaced the old fuel pump. I file a law suit Case # 08 MI 14776. Appellate Court No. 3273 against Crestwood auto for theft, fraud, and misrepresentation. They didn't want customers to know this so they found a way to buried my one review with YELP. Google won't allow that, no money, or lawyers can remove a review from Google. I am a single female and I won my case; the judge ordered in my favor. They lied, said they replaced my fuel pump with a new one. They never replaced the fuel pump. They wired up the old one and put it right back on my car and tried to conceal these facts. Pictures are in the case file. Mercedes-benz removed the fuel pump and the manufacturer confirm by a signed affidavit, the numbers taken off the fuel pump, date, month and year, proved this was the same old fuel pump originally place on the car when it was made. Crestwood Auto, owner tried to convince me it was a brand new one, it was not. They lied and charged my credit card for work they pretended to have done. My vehicle continued demonstrating the same identical mechanical problems, I could not understand why the same issues if the problem was repaired. The answer was as clear as day; they had never fixed the problem. They tried to rebuild the old fuel pump, with black and red wiring in hopes I would never know it was not a new fuel pump. But still charged me for a new one. Photos show the wires they used. But God was watching and they got caught. Thru all the investigation on this case, I learned you cannot rebuild a fuel pump, you have to replace it. Which is why what they did didn't work. So to further conceal what they had done, they tried to say I had a new problem and charge me more money when I return the car on a tow truck bc it stopped again after they claimed to have fixed it. But I knew my car, I knew in spite of what they were telling me, it was the same identical problem, it kept stopping, would not restart. How can this be a new problem. This is exactly what it was doing when I brought it on the first time. The intense investigation revealed records that showed false and misleading statements by Crestwood Auto. Documents showed and proved the owner lied. Pretending he put the newly order fuel pump on my car, when in fact it was return to the place it was ordered and never put on my car. He also lied to the bank showing the papers that he order the fuel pump. Records revealed his false statements and showed the return memo, which confirm he lied, never ever took possession of the new fuel pump he ordered. A credit receipt of return was provided by the company they originally ordered it from showing Crestwood Auto never took possession or excepted the new fuel pump and it was return as refused. Lies, and lies to cover up more lies. So yes, they ordered it, showed papers to prove the order. But they never actually accepted the fuel pump. Slick. How many customers have they used this story with ... you have a new problem! How many more customers have they lied to and over charged for work not performed. How do you know? You give your trust but they are not to be trusted. They are actually what's described here, dishonest mechanics, there crooks. They did this to me, this is who they are, its there practice. They talk a good story but beneath the convincing words are deceit lies and betrayal. BEWARE. Read the case file for yourself. They had to pay my money back and hopfully this case can help others who fight to dispute with Crestwood Auto; it shows a pattern. They are not to b trusted. They prey on your trust, this is how they get you, win your trust, just like they did me. This is who they were than and this is who they are now. It shows dishonesty. They never expected you would have there work checked behind them. Well, I did, and I was right. Single women are a target just like me. Remember, A Leopard don't change it's spots and a Zebra don't change it's stripes. Although this happened years ago, I will continue to keep posted for the next 50 years.

When I go to a new mechanic, the things I worry about is having poor work performed and getting ripped off. My first experience with Crestwood Auto Repair put my mind at ease. I brought in a tough situation. An old 1992 Toyota Previa that was just given to me. I wanted to see what it would take get it going and be safe. Mike worked through the car in extreme detail, identifying things that need to be done now vs later. After 3 days with it, he finally came back and said listen, I could be shady and tell you all these things that you should fix and charge you all this money. But I need to be honest first. The car is not worth it. Even if you pay me big bucks now to do all these things, finding parts for future problems may be impossible. This mechanic walked away from a big money opportunity to be honest and give the right advice. I'd give these guys 50 stars if I could. Where do you find people like that, much less mechanics who are really honest and you can trust. I will bring any car issue I have ONLY to this place. I know they will do right by me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This place is awesome and I highly recommend. I had several issues with my vehicle, broke down on Labor Day, no one was open. I had tge vehicle towed here hoping tbey would be able to fix and get driving within a week or so, the sooner the better but they worked on in Tuesday and Wednesday and I had the vehicle back Wednesday afternoon, all the issues resolved. The communication during the time they had it was great as well. Cost of the repairs was fair, I didnt feel like they were ripping me off or trying to get over on me like I do with many places. I felt fortunate to randomly find them and thanks to good previous reviews, I wasnt hesitant. You guys Rock, Thank you!
