I used this shop to fix my car after another driver was at fault and hit my vehicle. Great service start to finish Raul was awesome, very helpful and professional. There were regular text updates throughout the process. Really nice. When I picked up the vehicle today 12-6 the lovely lady at the front was very nice, helpful and professional. You’re lucky to have someone like this working in the front. Jose helped me out with going over the repairs and making sure I was satisfied. What a nice guy, genuinely friendly, super professional person. Excellent service, awesome staff here. I was nervous about this whole thing and your team made all that go away, making the process as good as it could have been. Car looks beautiful. Thank you for everything.

update: no one ever bothered to email back or respond. dont believe me maybe try emailing that email yourself. i even tried emailing with a diffrent address just in case- no response to either. Edit/update:: After leaving my initial review, the company responded by asking me to email them directly. I did so over the weekend, and now, after the first full business day has passed (Monday), I still have not received any response. It’s disappointing that after encouraging me to reach out, the company has failed to follow through with even basic communication. This further reflects poorly on their customer service and makes me question their commitment to resolving issues I went to pick up my car and immediately noticed new scratches on the driver-side door handle. I pointed it out, and some guy brushed it off, saying something vague about GEICO not covering it, and kept repeating the same thing. I asked, “Don’t you evaluate and do estimates here?” Eventually, he brought out another man who, to his credit, at least apologized. He looked at some photos and admitted the car originally had no scratches on the handle — it was the shop’s mistake. I left the car there again. The next day, I picked up the car and noticed even more issues. Now the window on that same door didn’t close properly. That entire door — the one they had repainted — was scratched up, and I found a brand-new scratch on the passenger side door handle as well. There was also a small dent on the door jamb — exactly where they had done the paintwork. I reported all of this. Paul told me he’d take care of it. He claimed the dent in the jamb was probably caused by my seatbelt — which is absurd — and wouldn’t take responsibility. He didn’t admit fault for the passenger side door handle either, but said they’d fix it as a "courtesy." I left the car again — this time without a rental — and was told the repairs would be done the same day. They weren’t. He called and said it would be ready the next morning. I called at 1:30 PM and finally picked up the car. The results? The dent in the jamb wasn’t fixed at all — it looks exactly the same. The paint on the passenger side door handle looks like someone dabbed on touch-up paint — it’s poorly done and still visible. And the worst part? The interior side of the driver’s door — which they scratched — now feels like sandpaper. They clearly just buffed it and didn’t even bother refinishing it properly. I had hoped they would fix their mistakes — especially since Paul seemed sincere and promised everything would be taken care of. Instead, they kept my car for over a day, didn’t actually fix the problems, and I was left without a rental for a situation they caused. As for the passenger side handle — I know for a fact the scratch is new because I had that side repainted just last year, and I know every mark on it. This whole experience has been frustrating, careless, and completely unprofessional.
