Customer reviews of ERI in Plainfield, IN
4.3 stars based on 88 reviews- MMuhibullah Malyar
I had a pickup at this facility. The people were very nice and respectful. However, I had a serious issue with the load. My trailer is rated for 45,000 lbs, but they loaded it to 58,010 lbs. I had to ask them to remove some weight. Please make sure to check the weight on the BOL before leaving the facility to avoid problems on the road.

These guys are great for recycling old TV's. At no charge, Just pull up to the garage door, ring the bell, they come out and help take it from the car, and you are done. Really appreciate the service. Thanks

I brought two 65-inch televisions for recycling, and the process was seamless. The staff promptly accepted the items and had personnel available to assist with unloading. It was an exceptionally smooth and positive experience.
