They did a great job with the body work on my Crown Victoria so it is difficult to tell any difference between the color of the old and new body parts. The big difference in the look is the new grill. Kendra was very nice and accommodating considering my financial situation that ended on a high note. Thanks again for your work and I will recommend you to anyone who may need your services.

Dales Auto Body is the only place to go if you want top notch service, they are great people and easy to work with from collision repair to hail damage and everything in between. I went back for a visit and had my Jeep detailed and was more than impressed at how it turned out and how cheap it was. Great customer service as always, thanks to the crew at Dale's Auto Body!

Dale's Autobody doesn't seem to perform up to the reputation they developed years ago. I had my car repaired there after a deer collision and there were many details left incomplete or items assembled wrong. I ended up taking it to another shop who was shocked at the lack of quality in the repair work and general lack of care and attention to detail including overspray on tires, wheels, wiring and other unacceptable locations. I will not go back and feel obligated to share my experience. I feel bad that a small town business is no longer what it once was, however, I also regret letting them work on my car that would have been better off in another shop. I chose Dale's based on their reputation and unfortunately they no longer execute work to their previous standard. It's really too bad.
