Scheduled a 7:30 appointment to diagnose an AC leak. Left the car all day to find out they were to busy. Left it overnight..they finally hit the job done and I picked up my truck at 4. I think maybe your scheduling could be a bit more accurate. Not having a car for two full days is too much.

My husband had taken my vehicle here to get new tires put on the rims for winter. While the service was easily scheduled via online, got confirmation call, and the service was completed correctly the one downfall was they scratched up one of my rims with a tool it appeared and didn't even mention it to my husband and I noticed it the next day. I know they can't fix it and accidents happen but saying something and acknowledging it would have been appreciated.
