Had a dicey incident in the winter hauling DJ equipment. Avoided an accident and loss control of truck and went into a ditch. My boss recommended K n K auto. I thought my front end was screwed, but Kevin gave me peace of mind that it wasn't as bad as I thought. Just a few replacements on driver side tire. Super fair priced. He never tried to push extra stuff on me to replace this/that like other businesses. Although I trusted him also to tell me if something was absolutely necessary. It's just an older p/u, but it still runs/drives great. Definitely going back to K n K.

Staff have always been pleasant to interact with. I feel like their prices are very reasonable and I never feel like they're trying to rip anyone off or pressure me into purchases. I feel like service isn't quite as fast as when I've gone to a dealership but it's not an unreasonable amount of extra time. The office isn't as nice or has amenities like the dealerships do but I find it more comfortable in a way. They've always been very patient with how unreliable I can be about getting there on time or returning phone calls.

Kevin knows his stuff! He's always upfront and honest! He's consistently accurate with his quotes! No surprises. When I found K&K, I called many places for a quote on my van. He was the only one to know there could be a way to save me $$$ if I had a particular model. He interrupted his schedule to take a quick look under the dash to confirm his quote. I let him do the work and not only did he finish it ahead of schedule but his quote was within pennies! This professionalism and honesty is rare and greatly appreciated! K&K rocks!
