Save yourself the headache and call a different company that actually values its customers.” it is not my fault what happened to the truck I was getting out. Nor do I appreciate being told by your staff that somehow what happened is my fault. I am a paying customer and should be treated as such. Do better people, be professional. I also never tried multiple times to get the truck out I unlike ur office person was working 7am-11pm on Christmas day on December 26th i was able to leave work a little early to be able to get the truck out was informed to be there at 4pm, so I was. Now not sure why I had to wait for your tow driver to arrive only yo then call Jarred in to assist me it would have been more professional if Jarred could have met with me when I was informed to be there rather than resorting to all of this. Sat in there parking lot for over an hour waiting to get my truck out i was told to meet them at 4pm. I sit over an hour and a half waiting. Still waiting ! LMFAO your business is open until 5pm you told me to meet you at 4pm I wait damn near 2 hours on you, plus my son in laws truck was only in a few day. That's only due to Christmas wow you really know how to run a bussing lmfao what a joke, you say spam calling well maybe you should have been in your office when you informed me of a time to be there. Like you say your business time is worth money every day my time is worth money as well. That truck was NOT left for weeks and I AM NOT THE IDIOT THAT WAS DRIVING IT. IM THE DAMN OWNER OF IT. What else you want to lie about i can definitely share to the almost 5 000 plus followers I have have them share to theirs, I did not leave truck there for weeks as you claim. And according to your phone call regarding you being open and you saying yes lie some more claiming your closed lmfao your business doors ur web site all say otherwise.

We were driving back from MN to KC and had a possible car issue. On a Sunday, with not many open mechanics available, we called these folks and they had someone look over our car to give us great peace of mind for the 6 hour drive. Super nice people and we were very grateful
