Took a pair of motor heads to them quoted 250$ to remove the bolts they Called told us “there were no cracks” so we had them proceed with removing broken bolts they called said “the heads weren’t flat” so we had them proceed with planing them to make them flat so that the heads would seal with the new gaskets paid 373$ got them home and there is 2 cracks where the dowel on the motor goes and there’s still old gasket on the head they told us to bring it back in now suddenly “ the cracks were there and they forgot to write it in their notes and tell us! ” 1st off won’t ever go back to them 2nd off for 1st time experience they should have honored their word customer is always right (we even have another head that needs work to replace that one) they wouldn’t do it terrible customer service 1star is being generous

Had a motor rebuilt. Quote was around $2,500. When it was finished the bill was about double. My insurance company sure wasn't happy. Got the car back it was leaking oil. Sent it back to them. They tell me its fixed i asked what they did to fix it and they tell me they don't know they sent it out to another shop. He contacted that shop and all they did was tighten the oil pan bolts. Assured me it was fixed. Well it never stopped. Had to take it somewhere else because I was tired of dealing with it. Cost me an extra $300. Not to mention the guy they recommended to pull the motor in and out screwed up my exhaust system had the pipes to the manifold not set right and everything pushed forward. Another $175 to fix that.

Asked to have a hole drilled in a motor mount. SAD. couldn't drill a simple hole... high priced. Hell, i would have paid to let me use thier drill press for 2 min. what a machine shop. NEVER AGAIN
