I do not live in Baldwin, but my daughter goes to Baker University in Baldwin. She recently called me saying she had a light on in her dash and her car was acting funny. I looked for a garage in Baldwin and found Greg Bruce Auto and decided to give them a call. Greg himself answered the phone and I explained to him my daughters situation. Greg showed genuine concern and was able to get her car in right away and diagnose the problem. Greg called me back within a few hours with his findings and an estimate to repair my daughters car. I gave Greg the go ahead to fix the car. He said he was pretty booked but would see what he could do to squeeze it in. Greg did in fact get my daughters car in very quickly and made all repairs necessary. Greg was absolutely trustworthy and honest through this process and he did absolutely everything a father would want from a repair shop to make sure his daughter was in a safe car when he was finished. I can not say enough good things about Greg Bruce Auto. If you’re in Baldwin or have a student at Baker, I strongly recommend this shop. Thank you Greg, I really appreciate your honesty and hard work.

We have known the Bruce family for some time, in fact we are friendly. You always get the straight story on your vehicle, they are knowledgeable and trustworthy. All auto repair is expensive, don't blame your mechanic...unless you find they are charging well more than customary, but that's not the case here.
