Mike was so amazing! He was able to support reshaping my car and mending it when I had an unexpected event happen. He gave me advice for further care and what to look out for. I am so thankful that he was willing to take a look and more give me the peace of mind needed. Defintiely knows his expertise and more how to communicate it to the layman. Recommend for anyone who wants trusted and caring service!

Had Butch's do a repair on my vehicle. Mike was super helpful throughout the whole process and had great communication. I also appreciate his communication with the insurance company. I had a wait time to get it in the shop but I was understanding when booking that my vehicle was still drivable and there were others that were not. Great place to do business and I would highly recommend again.

I would not recommend Butch's body shop, I would recommend you pay to tow your vehicle back to a trusted body shop. We hit a deer and our vehicle was towed to Butches body shop. I spoke with Butch on the phone several times. He assured me they would clean the car of the blood, guts and hair before assessing the damage. They did not. Further, nobody called to tell me the car was done but after a month I called and asked about it. They said it was done and I made the four hour drive to pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival, I found a very dirty, messy shop and office. I had to sign my insurance check over before they would take me to another location where my vehicle was stored. Their was still blood, guts and hair all over the car, even on doors the "painted." The hood was not aligned correctly, the vehicle smells of a dead carcus, and the wheel that was nearest the impact is out of alignment and vibrates. When I expressed concerns Butch was combative and denied any issues or said other body shops were worse. I would give the shop 0 stars and Butch's customer service negative stars. They do not have high standards or stand behind their work. When looking for someone to repair my car, I look for someone who wants to complete the repairs 100%. This shop is a 60% is good enough.
