We were stranded on the side of I70 between Colby and Goodland with a dead Suburban and travel trailer. Colt answered our emergency call and showed up in a quick 30 minutes. He was then able to load the Suburban onto the rollback and tow the trailer to the KOA in Goodland. He was super kind to us on an Saturday afternoon. Super professional.

If you need help anywhere in the area call S&M they are the best by far. We were traveling from Madison WI to Colorado Springs. Coming out of Norton Kansas the drive shaft on my motorhome started clicking loud so I pulled into a wayside at 3pm. A bolt from the driveshaft guide fell out. Googled towing in Norton and got what sounded like a local RV towing company. It wasn’t it was a national call center. They jerked me around for 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon then told me they couldn’t get there until tomorrow. Googled towing in Oakley Kansas and found S&M called and they said they would be there in 90 minutes. Harley arrived in 90 minutes. I asked him to tow me to Chases on site repairs Colby Kansas open 24 hours (nothing but 5 star reviews). Chase didn’t respond to my first message so I called him from the tow truck and left a message I was going to drop my motorhome off. Called me back right away this time and informed me that he couldn’t help me until Monday. Harley then said I can fix at our shop in the morning. He called at 9:30am Sunday morning and said it’s done. Oh and Harley texted me Sunday night to see if we made it to Colorado Springs. I worked 30 years in a business where customer service was everything and it’s very rare to find it these days. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Great people! Great service! They helped me out one day at the end of October, I slid off the highway and totaled my enclosed trailer, and damaged my Ram dually! I can't say enough about these guys!
