This guy is a total jerk. I totaled my car on the interstate and the officials automatically called him. He didn’t introduce himself or the company, I was in control but shaken, overwhelmed and he was completely unhelpful even when I asked clarifying questions. I have no idea how he is still in business besides maybe having a contract with McPherson county.

Pulled my truck out of the snow charged double what was quoted by yelling at me saying I gave him inaccurate info. My husband told him exactly what and where services were needed over the phone. I was later told that his MO is to take advantage of people who have no other alternative, Like a helpless woman! I strongly suggest NOT using this jerk for any services.
